Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you access or use Firisbe digital services, including public websites, portals, mobile applications, APIs, documentation, demo environments, and support surfaces.

If your organization has a separate written agreement with Firisbe, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

You may use the services only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and, where you act for an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization.

The services are intended for business and institutional use. They are not directed to children.

You are responsible for keeping credentials, devices, API keys, certificates, and admin access secure. You must notify Firisbe promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise.

  Keep access limited: Only authorized users should access Firisbe portals, environments, documentation, or integration materials.

  Protect credentials: Do not share passwords, API keys, certificates, tokens, or test credentials outside approved channels.

  Use accurate information: Account, organization, technical, and compliance information submitted to Firisbe must be accurate and kept current.

You may use the services for evaluation, integration, operation, support, and administration of payment-related programs as permitted by Firisbe and any applicable agreement.

  Follow documentation: Use APIs, SDKs, demo environments, and portal features according to the applicable documentation and security instructions.

  Respect production boundaries: Do not use sandbox material in production or production credentials in test environments unless Firisbe explicitly approves it.

  Operate lawfully: Use the services only in compliance with applicable laws, payment network rules, acquirer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Firisbe systems, services, networks, data, or related infrastructure.

  No unauthorized testing: Do not run vulnerability scans, penetration tests, load tests, scraping, or automated extraction without written approval.

  No harmful activity: Do not upload malware, attempt fraud, bypass controls, interfere with monitoring, or degrade service availability.

  No unauthorized copying: Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute Firisbe software, documentation, brand assets, or integration material except as permitted.

Some Firisbe services relate to regulated payment operations. Access to those services may require onboarding, approval, certification review, acquirer alignment, security checks, or separate commercial terms.

Firisbe may suspend or restrict access where required for security, compliance, scheme rules, legal obligations, or protection of payment operations.

Firisbe processes personal data according to the applicable privacy policy and any signed data processing terms. You are responsible for providing lawful notices, consents, and instructions where your organization controls the relevant data.

Non-public documentation, credentials, test materials, technical architecture, pricing, roadmap details, and support information must be treated as confidential unless Firisbe states otherwise.

Firisbe and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, SDKs, APIs, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, and related materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership. They grant only the limited right to access and use the services as permitted by Firisbe.

The services may integrate with payment networks, acquirers, processors, cloud providers, app stores, identity providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services. Those services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and operational requirements.

Firisbe may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services from time to time. We aim to communicate material changes through appropriate channels, but services may change without prior notice where security, compliance, or operational needs require it.

Demo, sandbox, beta, preview, and pilot environments may be limited, changed, reset, or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties except where a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Firisbe is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access, misuse, third-party services, network failures, merchant-side configuration, or use outside approved documentation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Firisbe may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or compliance risk, misuse the services, fail onboarding or approval requirements, or if continued access may harm Firisbe, its partners, users, or payment operations.

You may stop using the services at any time. Some obligations, including confidentiality, security, payment, intellectual property, and legal compliance obligations, continue after termination.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Firisbe's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion before escalating to formal proceedings.
